What is a United Way Campaign?
The United Way Campaign is an annual fund drive held within employee groups throughout the community. The campaign gives individuals the opportunity to make charitable contributions at the workplace through payroll deduction, thereby supporting more than 70 programs and services with one gift.

Leadership Giving/ Events: In 2006 the United Way of Salem County recognized Johnson Society Leadership contributors during a wine tasting reception held on October 5, 2006, that was hosted by Mike and Suzanne Cook at Port Royal Antiques in Salem. Over 50 people attended the annual event which honors those individuals who have made a contribution of $1,000 or more. Community members have shown support of the United Way and the services provided by agencies in Salem County by their generous giving. |
